Transportation of Interdistrict Students

Ramirez CSD provides transportation outside the district for students residing out of the district pursuant to Texas Education Code Section 34.007(a)(3). Ramirez CSD Board Policy FDA(Local) prohibits screening transfer students who reside outside the district based on the student’s academic performance, disciplinary history, or attendance record, and Ramirez CSD certifies that its most recent performance rating was “C” or better, its most recent accountability score was 70 or higher, and Ramirez CSD has the same or better overall performance rating as the school districts from which Ramirez CSD provides transportation.
