Hello and welcome to Ramirez CSD!

I am Dr. Ana Rubalcaba, and I am deeply honored to serve as your Interim Superintendent. With over 25 years of experience in education, including three years at Region 2 Education Service Center in Corpus Christi supporting State & Federal Programs and LIFT initiatives. I am dedicated to ensuring our schools thrive. I hold a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Doctorate in K-12 Organizational Leadership, which guide my passion for instructional excellence and strong school communities.

My core educational philosophy centers on collective growth: growing our students, our staff, and our parents together this school year. I firmly believe that student success is a shared responsibility, and by working side-by-side, we can make Ramirez CSD a beacon of achievement and opportunity. I am truly excited to serve you and work together to help every student reach their full potential.
