School Climate Surveys

Ramirez Common School is doing a survey to check how everyone feels about school life. This includes how people get along, how teachers teach, and how the school is run. The survey asks students, parents, and school staff about these things. Studies show that when school feels safe and happy, students do better in class, show up more, and feel good. There’s also less bullying. Teachers feel less stressed and stay at their jobs longer. The survey was made by experts at The University of Texas at Austin. It asks about things like feeling engaged, the school environment, and safety. They’re testing it now to make sure it works well for schools all over Texas.
